That was the part that annoyed me.“I was trying to figure out what my injury was. Luckily, I had people that I knew physio-wise, and then I came up here with Kevin Bain and he identified what was wrong and what was needed.“In the end, it was fixed fairly quickly, which was amazing given how long I’d been struggling with it.“Since then I’ve not looked back fitness-wise. I still do the stuff Kevin tells me to do, but it’s been going well so far and I’m enjoying it.”
