F***ing p!sh.
I'm RM's biggest fan and desperate to see um dae will for us, But my Christ how is it he actually selects who plays? Training? Because Telfer shouldn't be dropped for Murdoch, and Andreu has been a man down in recent weeks, Toshney! Don't get me started.
Last half oor was better tope WIDE, Fraser in his best position #10 creating things, after that we could of sneaked it.
Enjoy your Saturday night

We definately deserved to win that game. There have been plenty of games where we have hardly created anything and won 3 goals today and plenty of other opportunities. Overall plenty of shocking individual performances today Andreu Fraser Flood and Murdoch in that order of shitness despite losing 3 goals the back 5 were ok as were the front 2.

Toshney, Dixon, Murdoch, Flood and Andreu all utterly dreadful.
Their 3rd goal was a foul on Fraser. The ref was abysmal and appeared to want to show Mikkleson who was boss.
Question though: How come Queen of the South with a manager in post for about 3 weeks have managed to sign about 4 Scottish players (two of which are wide players which Utd are crying out for and were excellent today) whilst Utd have managed to sign one foreign striker who looked like a fish out of water and then fumble about this week in the foreign market with the manager speaking about one in one out???? Do they have more money than us? Are we not looking at Scottish players???

Full backs now being targeted by opposition as they are weak as pish.
Toshney totally exposed by Fraser time after time. Telfer did more in 15mins than Murdoch did the whole Match. Toni having a dip in form his second touch is a tackle at the moment.
New lad looked capable of holding the ball up a bit more than VDV and maybe a few games once he settles in we can judge.
Spittal also made a difference when he came on. Two points dropped, however it was in the end a point gained. Some laddies getting a game on reputation rather than form IMO. Typical January capitulation fae Utd 😤

Dixon and Toshney have been poor in a number of games this season however that was not the case today QOTS goals came through the midle today Fraser was Ragdolled by notorious hardman Rankin at the second. The midfield 4 were the problem not the fullbacks.

I supposed you would have to consider that a point gained in the end after being 3-1 down.
considering we were 1 nil up after 3 minutes though it's overall still a disappointing result.
Thought that's was a shocking performance all over the park and completely unacceptable. QOS p***ed all over us after scored.

Well we got the fast start I craved, but thereafter????? It was almost like we played 4/2/2/2 (yes you read that correctly) for the rest of the half. We are as slow as a week in jail. Sure we were inept, but not as inept as the officials, yet again. I'm now beginning to think there is something going on in that respect.

A lot of passengers today, baffling team selection and tactics from Raymond. When I saw Muir was refereeing, I expected the worst. He always turns in a performance against us: as far as I can make out we've only won once in all the games he's been ref in, five years ago.
But Murray was, in my view, outstanding.

Aye.It is really.
I was just trying to be philosophical.
But scoring 3 at home to Qots and not winning is indeed a pretty shite state of affairs.

Was saying as much LaO, just about all these other teams we come up against have at least one decent winger who can, (a) beat a full back; and (b) deliver thereafter an end product with some degree of decency and success. It's completely baffling.

We did not deserve to win that. First and last 15/20mins we dominated. Other than that QOTS had the upper hand for me.
At 3-1 we were ropey and could have lost a 4th.
Dixon and Tosher consistently let wide players in behind them. Dixon no got the legs to keep up anymore and tosher just dives in. Hibs punished us for that last week and other teams will find joy against us that way too. It's definitely our weakness. Just out of luck they didn't have anyone on the end of their cutbacks - and they had a few!
We need width going forward. A good old winger. Andreu is wasted out there - as is fraser.

Fair enough weedude they did have a few chances but all bell really had to do was pick the ball out of the net we had the bulk of possession the most shots on target all the corners hit the post , not a great performance by any stretch of the imagination but over the 90mins IMO we deserved to win

Some poor poor stuff today. I feel for McKinnon. He's not daft, he'll have know when we were on our run that we weren't playing well and he's been scratching around for a while trying to find something.
I just think it boils down to the squad not being good enough. He doesn't have the players to fit his system and he's not finding a system that'll work for the squad he has.
Feels like it's starting to get a bit desperate which is quite scary.

Disappointed. Eh. Angry. No. P1ssed off. Eh. But TBH dinna really ken how I really feel. It's got somethin to do with no being able to beat QoS at home.
Started well.
Good pass from Fraser to line up Murray for our 1st
After we scored, thought we might have this sorted, but there seemed to be a lull in the gehm. I looked at the clock at 13:21, and thought that somedy must have handed out sleeping tablets. The game dragged a bit from then on.
Murdoch I think it was gave away a needless free-kick after climbing on the back of a boy at the half-way line. This handed them the equaliser.
2nd half we came out with a bit more go in us, but it soon degenerated. Mikkelsen had a nearie from the head just to the left. Within a minute or 2 of that, QoS took the lead.
Dont know WTF was goin on leading to their 3rd. Looked to me like Fraser was fouled, but the free-kick went the way of QoS. I remember their players looking about wondering WTF they got the free-kick for. Remember a loada folk walking out at this point.
When Spittal came on, the game changed. Even more so when Telfer came on. Within a minute Fraser belted it in for our 2nd. He was obviously aware about some of the jeering he'd been getting from the crowd, because he had a bit of a go at the crowd during his celebrations.
Didna get a clear view of our 3rd, just managed to see Tope give the ball to Murray and he put into the left of the goal.
Never seen it coming, us getting a point from it when we were 3-1 down. Strange game.
MOM for me Murray.

Dixon and Toshney are our weak links
Lose goals every game they play individually or collectively

I was glad to see young Fraser have a go at the fans who were terrible IMO, Fraser seems to be the scapegoat, he has the most natural ability in our sqaud for me and showed glimpses of it yesterday. anytime he does something wrong or looses possession fans are onto him, yet when Andreu or Flood or The Edge do something barely an eyelid is batted. Embarrassing. Fraser is a creative player it's getting boring ah this p!sh aboot he's soft or can't tackle that's why Flood and Murdoch play. Fraser got a goal and an assist yesterday and RM has already admitted after the Raith game he really should stop playing him outwide, we looked a different team when he went into his #10 position.
Anyway rant over.

It always happens with our own young lads, there was even folk said it about Gauld. Bottom line is Scott Fraser is the best forward going player we have by a mile. Folk moaning about him playing are prob the same ones moaning about his wee dig back in the celebration.
To me you play your best players in there best positions so Fraser attacking CM and Andreu in front of him in a 2 man strike force gets the best out of our best 2 attackers.

Surely to **** if fans on a message board can see this then a qualified and paid manager can see it?
Fraser playing centrally would instantly make us better. FACT

BA i agrè its a fact that Fraser is more effective in the middle theres little doubt about that. The problem is due to the imbalance in the squad there is no wide right player. VDV Smith Andreu Murray Spittal have all tried unsuccesfully to fill the role . Fraser could be the big beneficianary of the signing of a wide player.

Reading through numerous posts on this and various Utd messageboards we should be playing Flood, Telfer and Toshney in central midfield, Obedeyi and a new player out wide and Andreu and Fraser playing off Murray whilst giving Mickeleson a chance in a front pairing. Lucky you are allowed 15 players on the park at one time then.
Seriously, it would appear that whilst no-one agrees with the teams the manager is putting out at the moment, they also really can't agree on what our best team is either, myself included.

Been laughing at some posts like that myself LAO, boys changing their mind like the weather the now.
I always based my teams I picked when managing (albeit kids, amateur etc) on how to get the best out of my best players, particularly in attacking areas. This was something I was told by one of the greatest managers ever.
Reason it's much easier to defend and stop than to attack and properly create ( think how many girls say no in clubs before you manage to create that one opportunity ). Ok maybe that last bit was just me.
IMO Fraser and Andreu are our best attacking threat so get the best out of them, if that means square pegs in round holes elsewhere then so be it, but stop making them the square pegs. Meanwhile look to sign the players needed to fill all the holes correctly.
Sometimes managers/coaches try to prove their worth by being too clever and the basics get forgotten, last few weeks I think Ray has been guilty of that.

Here's my thought for Sunday © Johan Cruyff who was my second hero after Georgie Best lost his magic and his way, "when you play a match, it is statistically proven that players actually have the ball 3 minutes on average. So the most important thing is: what you do in those 87 minutes when you do not have the ball. That is what determines whether you're a good player or not! Someone who has juggled the ball in the air during a game, but after which 4 defenders of the opponent get the time to run back, that's the player people think is great. I say he has to go to the circus!"
That from one of the greatest futba player and coach and philosopher ever too! Yesterday, we were one up and we were waiting on Dixon to trot forward 40 yards to take throws for us in their half when a quick throw was on. That's how we play. Zero pace and zero urgency sadly!

Thought I was the only chunt that was noticing this Foo Kin This has geen going on for puckin ages. Way since last Season. We never seem to get any chunt to make a quick run or overlap, while somedy else grabs the ba and loups it forward. The number of opportunities we've missed coz of this is astounding. It truly p1sses me off.
