But tonight we will hear from Slateford Arab from 8~9pm (if he's remembered 😉).

Opening question.

Will Utd win the league?

And if not how do you see the season panning out?

With the team we have now, I think we'll fall just short.  No danger we won't be in the play-offs though.

If we can get a proven striker in January, I think we'll go on and win it.

Overall I'm happy with him.  Never going to agree with everything the manger does or says but he is like night and day compared to Jackie and Mixu i.e. seems to have a plan for things and seems to leave no stone un-turned.

I also love the fact he is a Dundee lad and United through and through.

My pre match is very boring these days, long gone are the days of rocking up to Frews for a few drinks before and after the games.  Now that I don't live in Dundee I drive to all the home games.  Most home games I'll pop into see my old dear then just meet my mates at the ground.

Away games I tend to train it - if going with mates will usually meet them wherever the game is and maybe go for a pint.

I'm from Dundee.  My dad was a armchair Dee and he was always trying to steer me towards the funsters but as soon as I saw that tangerine shirt that was the only team for me!  Always remember a boy in my class at primary had the home shirt (the classic league winning top) and I was so jealous as I wanted one so much.

My old boy took me to my first game though (he was resigned to the fact I was an Arab by then) - the first home game of the league winning season.

Where do you sit to watch the WFDUFC?

And do you really want to sit?

I'd actually say Cammy Bell - he's had a couple of flaps but overall he's the keeper we've been missing for a couple of seasons.  Really liking the look of the Edge now he's settled in too.

You have a terrific Youtube page full of old Utd games.

What is your favourite upload/game?

I'm in the ET upper this year.  Would love to stand at the games again, miss the days in The Shed so much.

I've still got a shitload of games to upload, just can't find the time to do it.  I had a huge VHS collection of games going back to the 80's that I steadfastly kept all these years.

Favourite game is hard to pick, I do love this game though:

Great performance and great atmosphere.

Wouldn't say hate but I always remember when Guido took over from Alan Main I had a bit of a dislike of him as Main was one of my heroes haha.  Grew to love the silver kisser in the end though!

Re: Thursday's Fan Focus #23 - Slateford Arab

I was attracted by the all black strip of 65/66, was tangerine your first imprint and is dark blue so boring and conservative and establishment that it turns your stomach?

I always find favourites to pick, especially in music as I love to much.  But I'd have to say fav album is The Stone Roses debut as it was the album that changed so much for me.  Overall though my favourite band has to be The Beatles, they are gods to me.  Again though I wouldn't have got into then if it wasn't for the Roses.

Ah, so you're IdlersArtwork!

Is 'art' part of your profession?

And, seeing as we are rumoured to be getting a customised rather than off the shelf jersey next season, what would you choose for an away style and colour?
