Bowers oh I know and I do agree, I just get the vibe from what he is saying that he won't accept these performances and will work hard to address them or the players will be out.

Thing is the players are going nowhere, this is all we have, there is no one else to come in. As they are all on 1 year deals, this all starts again next season. With a LOT less money again. We need these players to up their game, just can't see how it's gonna happen tbh. Beyond gutted at the nik we are in.
But hey, at least we have OOR Wullie.

IMO Ray will get it as right as possible, it's got to happen quickly tho. Not for his sake but for promotion to be realistically possible.
There are some players very guilty of lacking bottle. If they can't resolve that in their own heads they need to not be near the team. As I said above we need to find a way to win games and play that way. Bottle, heart, desire, balls call it what you like, is the most important part of that. We start showing that then we will outplay most teams in our league. Don't show it we'll continue to get bullied and continue to lose.
I'm pretty sure that the players have been left fully aware of this, ultimately it's upto them to fix it.
