Sitting in the Hotel Football watching Barca.

The Celtic might has well kept Ronnie on this showing. 😜

Somethin along the lines of "playin Barcelona is a problem for Scottish Clubs, except Dundee United, who played them at the Camp Nou twice and won twice, Played 4 Won 4.".
Noticed in the 2nd half that there was a 10 minute period when Celtic never got a touch of the ball.

That Barcelona side are the best I've ever seen.
Absolute FIFA goals at times.Particularly Iniesta's and Suarez's 1st.
Depressing thing is Celtic could quite easily hand out such a roasting to us or anyone else in Scottish football if they were required to do so.
That Utd (deservedly) defeated that side in both games of a two legged European QF less than 30 years ago sounds utterly surreal.
My wee boy is just catching the football bug and worships Barca and in particular Neymar. These guys are who every young boy wants to be now.
Scottish football doesn't produce heroes anymore.
No-one is trying to be Kenny Dalglish,Paul Sturrock or Joe Jordan.
Sad really.

It came on the news last night and i was chuckling at the goals going in and the wife turned and said "Utd would never beat them."
Que a right smug rant!!
We'll never see the likes again and it's a pity we maybe never appreciated it at the time just how special those 4 games would be to British football and all these years later and with all the money that's gone into the English game that we are still the last UK team to beat them home and away in European competition.
