Sad to hear he's passed away.
Loved his films with Richard Pryor.
Particularly 'Stir Crazy'.

Agreed. Sad news. Stir Crazy, Willy Wonka, See No Evil, Hear No Evil and Blazing Saddles all great performances.

Meant to post in here more timeously.
Starred in my favourite file, Blazing Saddles, but great in many others, including Young Frankenstein, incredibly another Mel Brooks film from the same year, 1974.
83's a good age, I'd take that right now. He's left a great legacy in celluloid.
