Re: DUFC U20's Thread

Ah well never mind, Keep up your good work on the under 20's bugs, it's no coincidence that it's the most viewed thread on the board with over 1400 posts and over 100 replies thanks to your input along with others. As we know its an integral part of Dundee United's future, the Club and the fans have reaped the benefits of all the hard work put into this over the years by those involved from top to bottom. Re: DUFC U20's Thread

Sorry St Ob, but it's no work as I have loved watching development/20's/19's/yoof/reserve teams over the years.

Generally the games are more pleasing to watch football wise than the first team, probably due to freedom, ignorance of youth and naivety, so I'm watching as much for the present as the future.

Just a selfish bastard really.

Re: DUFC U20's Thread

It's just a compliment for your reports on the youngsters i unfortunately don't go to see Bugsy, my confumbled literacy is the most likely cause of misinterpretation here for which i apologise

Re: DUFC U20's Thread

Your literacy is spot on I was only confessing to my real motives, that are less than altruistic.

Would highly recommend attendance if you ever have the opportunity.

Re: DUFC U20's Thread

Tek it may be all three's first game in month's but surely they shouldn't lose four goals, quite astounded at that albeit a reserve game

You would hope not, considering they're all first teamers mate.

It read like McCallum had a great game too, judging by the match updates on Twitter.

We all know Soapy will come good.maybe time to cut our losses with Butcher and Wilson though tbh.

Re: DUFC U20's Thread

11 goals scored in the 2 games since Sir Stevie's Q+A....this Forum's pearls of wisdom have obviously paid dividends

Hearts 3- DUFC 6 - Scorers (Spittalx2,Connolly,Adeyemox2,Souttar)The teams was....

Szromnik, Wilson, Spark, J. Souttar, Townsend, Butcher, S. Smith, Connolly, Telfer, Spittal, Adeyemo

We were 3-2 down at one stage.Another fantastic comeback win.

Spark played Centre Half alongside Souttar.Townsend LB,Wilson RB.Callum Butcher played in Paton role.

Great tae see big Adeyemo score another brace.Looks a good prospect.

Re: DUFC U20's Thread

It'll be good to try out Butcher and Souttar in the defensive midfield role. You never know when they might be needed there for the first team...

Too much commotion
