Scott Lochhead joins the Pars
As it says on the tin.
Ken a lot of folk think it's water under the bridge when it comes to players moving on, but I saw this laddie play a few times, and thought he had promise. Just hope it doesnae come back to haunt us.

Certainly has promise but he's much the same as Charlie Telfer, and he's going to struggle to get starts this season. Probably best move for both parties and I don't expect him to haunt us anytime soon.
