Doesn't look to have improved after his loan spell. Still prefers backpass/sidepass, still short with passes forward. Still taking a touch too many.
He does seem to have added a bit of tenacity and backtracking to his game but needs to show more.
Really struggling to see where he goes from here.
Pretty shite because I really wanted to believe the hype.

He wasn't even always starting/finishing games for Livingston last season.
I had hoped Mckinnon might turn him round somehow.
He really needs to step-up this season otherwise a once seemingly promising career is only gonna go in one trajectory.
Downward.

Didn't think our midfield was set up right at all tonight, we at times had Two sitting covering which seemed to surrender space to their diamond in there which was giving them loads of space. Forfar were using it too. Meant as well option to Charlie was only square or back and no one going into the spaces in front of him.
He started off fine but kind of lost his way when game got scrappier as it went on.
Still think he could be a player given a decent run.

Yeh this season is his last to shine or he will spend the rest of his career in the lower leagues.

I just don't see Telfer doing the business for us but even if he does is he not out of contract in the summer so he'll probably leave on a free anyway.....what a waste of money he was

The boy can play. The guys are right tho it's shit or bust this season, he needs to prove he can play well regularly, I think he will.

Good to hear.
He needs to push on now and be consistently good for us.
If he can't shine in the Championship he never will.

I will be delighted if he comes good, we need every player to contribute this coming season

Tracking back and even tackling like never before, reckon it's the Raymie effect.

The Ramie effect is something we hope and crave for mair than ever after recent events. If he has the gift for management as he seems to have, it will be most interesting to see how he manages Justin Johnson.
Anyone who saw his first Arabzone interview will tell you it was the most timid fitba interview you've ever seen. I worry how he'd cope with grief fae the stands but if RM can harness the emotions and coach him well it might be confirmation that both have talent.
Here's hoping.

Saw the interview and he's now in the perfect place with the manager off the park and Dillo on it.
