Just saw the article in the Tully. It says 'Since taking over at Tannadice last month the manager has stressed he will only sign players he’s convinced are committed to playing for United'. Looks like things broke down during final negotiations. Maybe we are negotiating harder than previously with the reduced budget and Ray involved.

Hadn't read that mate when putting out last post. Like that he's got that attitude.

Dissapointed with that news.

Thought he'd be a good signing.

I'm pretty underwhelmed with the signings so far.

We're desperate for attacking players.

The signings have been ok, possibly as good as can be expected. Completely understand what you're saying tho, but that's where we are.

Attacking players are a must though and quickly.

Still concerned about the lack of creativity in the team. Think Obadeyi will do okay but could do with another winger/ attacking midfielder. Think we might be looking to bank on Spittal and Fraser though and that didn't go to well last season.

If anyone cares Kyle knoyle has signed on loan at Wigan, thought he was a tidy wee player, one of the only brightsparks of last season and it took mixu 4 months to actually start playing the laddie, idiot of a man

Obadeyi has confirmed on a 1 year deal like Murdoch! I presume we will probably have the option to extend both, anyway hopefully a good signing and FINALLY a winger with pace

Surprised at the Tope Obadeyi signing, and surprised Ray is quoted on the official stating he scored ten goals last season.
