Announced as £24 for top tier and £22 for lower tier. Unbelievable.

That's mental.

I dont know what worse. The fact its £22 (£24 upper) for a home game ot trying to justify it by saying they've removed the categorizing of games.
There's no fucking category A games in the championship!

Away matches for me only then, unless they are priced as ridiculously as the home games.

get a season ticket then

I stay out of town which means I can 't get to every game, besides I currently don't have the money available for a season. I had one last year which was anything but value for money due to the handful of games I was able to make it to.

Just had a check and Queen of the South is £16 for an adult, £5 more for our cheapest admission price.
I'm fortunate i can afford a season ticket but feel for the guys who are not in my position and are getting battered at the gate.

It can go 2 ways, it will get people to get season tickets or it will make people just no go! We will season what happens

I think they have done it to get people to buy season tickets... However they seem to have upset the fans with the increase in gate prices.

Canna believe they prices. That is phuckin ridiculous.

Fuck you thompson away games only for me now definitely
All that pish he came out with about taking the blame and sorting things out.........LIAR

Away supporters intending to come to Tannadice will be put off by these prices. The knock on effects could be our opponents charging higher prices when United visit, making it a costlier time in the lower league than we might have envisaged. We'll be seen as acting 'Billy Big Baws' by our opponents.
I sometimes think the folk who decide on prices have no idea what budgets are like for ordinary people, and also have no idea how to market their product to their customers.
Very disappointed with the club, who I thought might look at their decision making in a more sensible light following the last few seasons' follies.

He's clearly trying to make things better, people are moaning for the sake of moaning
Offline
Is he fuck
All he's doing is making the fans pay through the nose for season tickets or PATG

If your only going to away games also that will probably cost more than going to the home games?

I have gone home and away for years
The issue here is what has Thompson done to repair the broken club that he caused??????
I bet he's not put a single penny in but the fans will be over paying massively

Haven't seen one thing that has been done since the season ended to try and make things better. All that's happened is McKinnon has been appointed, but we had to appoint someone we Didn't have a manager when the season finished.
What else has been done to make things better?
Season ticket prices effectively dearer
Pay at the gate prices dearer (I think) than category A games last season.
To play in an inferior league
This is how Utd think repaying the fans for failure works.
No chance I'll buy a ST until they actually try to sort the mess out the club is.
£22 a game for patg, well I'll still go sometimes, but away games look far more appealing days out now.

The club are in effect driving supporters who can't afford a season ticket away.
I'm in the same boat as Macho Man.Out-of-towner on a tight budget who had planned to patg when i could this season.
These ludicrous prices mean that won't be as often as i would hope to do.

You would have thought they would have even come out with a parent and child deal of some sort? Nothing at all
So out of touch its frightening

£22/24 to watch us play Dumbarton at home.
The attendance for these type of games are gonna be brutal.Particulary mid-week games in the height of Winter or if the games on ALBA on the Friday night.

The Board have got this one horribly wrong I'm afraid. I was enjoying all the peace and quiet tae and BOOM; no explanation and here we go again, fasten your seatbelts for another season with Dundee Disjointed.
Quite unbelievable.
Imo this will hammer home attendances and nett the club will end up with less money.
Really hard to fathom the thinking behind this and the only conclusion must be that the board is even more out of touch with the fans than it was before.
Which, let's face it, is quite an achievement
