Re: season tickets?

well I have fucked this up, was just wondering what the general thoughts are on getting season ticket, are most people renewing or have been decided to not get one?

Re: season tickets?

I'll be buying one eventually. However I'm leaving it till I see who the new manager is, and what is happening in the boardroom. I'll just about accept ST staying if we have no alternative however Southern staying on is an absolute no from me. Mixu must go as well, though it seems it's just a matter of ironing out details for his departure.

Re: season tickets?

Pretty much same as Morph. I will be renewing, but when will be determined by "radical changes".

Re: season tickets?

I'm a fucking idiot as I got mine and the wee mans today for the additional £20 after missing the cut off. Way I see it id rather watch bullshit than be trailed round the overgate!

Need to get the wee man into it too, need to show that no matter how bad we are its a sign up for life.

I need someone to take me once I'm old and pishing mysel

Re: season tickets?

Won't consider getting one until I see our board making realistic efforts to get back to the SPL

Away games only next season as it stands

Pretty much in the same boat as AP. Won't be getting one till there is visible effort being shown that changes are happening. Away days only currently.

Re: season tickets?

For a long number of years I've been suggesting to the board that they produce an 'OF Free' season ticket, as it appeared to me that there were often more spaces around me when we played one of the twins in the league at Saturday or Sunday noon ko times. But it fell on deaf ears..................... until now!

Finally, I can purchase such a season ticket, and I've already told my wife I am getting one (which is different from getting one) as we are in the second tier. So I might get one.

Wasn't planning to buy a season if we'd stayed up.

Re: season tickets?

I think I'm in the third stage of grief here as I'm actually starting to look forward to next season now and I certainly wasn't looking forward to 2015/16 this time last year.

Re: season tickets?

In some ways I'm looking forward to the championship, fresh faces, fresh teams, grounds I've not been to for years or possibly at all in a couple of cases.  I've been expecting it since November, so got used to the idea.  We should not be in this position however, disgraceful that we are, so no I won't buy a ST, I'll go as often as poss.

I always miss some games for work reasons, esp silly ko times, and didn't grudge it, but the way the club have continually ripped the piss out of ST holders this season with offers for everyone else, then expect us to pay more per game for next season they can stick it.  They always tell us ST holders are the lifeblood of the club, it's about time they started treating us like it.
