In the last 18 months we as a club are in the habit of losing, turning that around to mount a serious challenge to bounce back will be a monumental task for our next manager.
Hopefully we get the new man in ASAP to maximise the time available to build a new team, needing Hibs or Falkirk to beat Killie in the play off IMO.

Got to agree big time AP, very difficult to get out of the habit. A massive task to turn it around.

Too many players aren't bothered about the results. They pick up their wages regardless and that's all they care about. We should be looking at lower basic salaries for new players and bigger win bonuses, goal bonuses, assist bonuses, etc. To me, Fraser and Spittal look like they don't actually give a fuck. I can't remember the last time it looked like Fraser was even close to breaking sweat. Spittal thought he has made it after bagging a brace against Dundee at the start of the season and hasn't pushed on since.

Leadership on the park is where we've been lacking.
Dillon isn't a natural leader on the park as we know, but neither are any of the rest of them. Rankin tries but comes across as more of a cheerleader than an actual leader. Guy Demel comes out with stuff in the papers and then is responsible for conceding 3 goals and walks around with his head down.
Guys like Fraser are soft, that can't be argued, but surely an experienced player could toughen him up?

I don't think we will have the money to splash to bring in players experienced enough to be able to both produce on the park and help bring on players who are currently passengers.

Giving yourself permission to lose guarantees a loss.
You have no choices about how you lose, but you do have a choice about how you come back and prepare to win again.
Obviously we have made the wrong choices time after time.
