Mixu tombola strikes again.

Fwiw - thought Dixon was good when he came on. Dillon in the team from nowhere when we had 2 centre backs on the pitch already. Don't get me wrong Dillon was solid enough - but he's not got a sniff of late and can't be match fit.

Erskine the same - nowhere near the team then thrown in..... feel sorry for Spittal- he needs a rest and hasn't been effective for a long while....

I've past tipping point with mixu tho a shame - wanted him to succeed but for whatever reason, it's not happening ..

Maybe he needs to get some 'mixu' type players in but can we afford to be lagging behind in the championship come December next year?

It looked like Mixu didn't want him to come off. He wanted him to carry on regardless. Probably because he realised he'd wasted a sub already. Absolute minter stuff.

He was either the only person in the stadium who didn't know Donaldson had been fucked for 10 minutes or he didnt care. It had shades of Jackie with Callum Morris at McDairmid Park last season. Donaldson forced the issue this time though.

He has to have lost the dressing room

Deffo the dressing room is lost. As has been mentioned, the end of full time---we looked unorganized while Hibs were huddled up listening to Stubbs. Gonna be some scary performances to come---I reckon some will just down tools.

I don't think he's had the dressing room from day one.  He is shown zero respect from a sizeable majority of the squad and the others who seem to care either can't or won't get their team-mates on side.

Jackies mentality is going to take a lot of players leaving to get rid of.  The players have played a huge part in Mixus failure.

Having said that, Mixu clearly hasn't helped himself with negative comments about players in the press, negative team selections and tactics, dreadful substitutions and just his all round hopelessness as a football manager. He has to go and go now, I wouldn't even give him the next 5 games.

Whoever is next in the Utd dugout needs to have a very strong personality to impose on the squad, but has to be liked by them also.  Someone in the mould of Levein.  Playing in the championship it's going to be very hard to find the right man for the job, but it's fast becoming the most important decision this club will ever make.
