Re: St.Johnstone v DUFC - Sat 2nd April (3.00pm)

I thought we done well first half looked good going forward but defending was scaring the shit out me.

Second half we fell apart but i felt dillon settled the defence when he come out.
Subbies wrong imo would have had demel of long before he was and only did go because he picked up an injury.

Murray made a differance when came on but dont think was right decision to take mackay and anier both of.

Massive 3 points jist a pitty killie got a point but its great to get closer again. We need to take something tuesday.

Fans outstanding today really brilliant.

I could have fucked off at 70 mins and sat in the car was fucking torture freaking out.

Re: St.Johnstone v DUFC - Sat 2nd April (3.00pm)

I thought Murray stretched the game and gave our defence some respite.

As said earlier the support was magnificent. Thats the most animated I've been at a game for ages. Those cunts have really got under my skin over the last 3 years.

BTW what was the cunt Cummings all about for them??? Absolute animal. Starting Wrestlemania early.

Re: St.Johnstone v DUFC - Sat 2nd April (3.00pm)

One of the biggest results of the season.

Well overdue against these cunts too and in more than one respect. Luck, tactics and formation etc. Massive 3 points.

Wasn't at the match but the wee bits I heard in between jobs working sounded like the support was really vocal.
Radio commentators raved about Gunning, Murray and our 1st half play. Even Mixu's tactics got a good mention. About time I heard Tommy fuckin Wright making irritated excuses after playing us.

🚜0-🐪 1

Re: St.Johnstone v DUFC - Sat 2nd April (3.00pm)

I've been unhappy with some of the stuff Gav Gunning has done this season, but today he did something I've never seen before.

After he'd blasted the ball off target following a 'stramash' in the box at a corner, folk were on his back, and he reacted to this.

Yet at the end of the match he came back down the park, full of contrition, over the line and the advert boards and directly apologised to the fan(s) he had abused.

My thoughts on the man have changed vastly.

See the goal, although an error by the keeper, Dow driving on caused a panic, while McKay fired the ball well back into the danger area: goal was deserved.

Hear hear.

I don't mind a hot-headed reaction in a player from time to time. But be a big enough man to admit when you've done wrong.

Maybe the penny is finally starting to drop with Gavin.

Must say, I was impressed with the pricing for the game.  Me and the wee man got in for £15.  £2.10 for a pie (and a hot dog as well).
