Interesting that Spittal made way today. He's been anonymous recently.
Changing my opinion around Mixu a little, seems to be a bit more reactive to poor performances i.e. Dixon dropped. Not at game but interested to see how Knoyle got on.

On the subbie after Donaldson redcarded -why bring Dillon on and leave Morris when Dixon on the bench?
Morris centre half , Dixon in to left back -both their own positions
no, Dillon to centrehalf leaving Morris at left back on a booking with them pressing
Mixu fucking really worries me-we won so nae drama but fuck me.

Keeping Morris on (and at LB) was playing with fire.
As you say we won so he got away with it,but aye...worrying decision making.

Morris is just as likely to get a booking at centre half as he is at left back, maybe more so, if he doesn't dive in at full back he won't get booked, at centre half every challenge in the air is a possible yellow card let alone a striker running at you.
I would have taken him off at half time but the fact that Dixon is behind Morris and Dillon in the pecking order shows just how poor he has been.
End of the day Morris played 90, Dillon done what was aksed when he came on and we won with 10 men where we has lost seven in a row before.
Credit where it's due, Mixu got it spot on so excellent decision making for me.
