Re: Killie away Friday night

1st half was even-stevens, but they got far too much room in the midfield, without the slightest challenge. 2nd half we just werenae very good. Looked like they were playing in freezer that was being defrosted. The hoofers up to Shifty were being cut out by the 2 lads they had marking him for the whole game. By the 80th minute knew we wouldna win the game. Pity the young lad hadna made the connection, but he did muck in when he came on.

Re: Killie away Friday night

Strange game, but not surprised some how. Feel like the warning signs have been there from a few of the previouis games. Certainly was a game of 2 halves. While we didn't look like scoring 1st half we seemed to be putting decent pressure on them at times and it showed that if we upped the tempo and attacked them they couldn't handle it. I thought they would have taken this into the 2nd half no problem, just don't understand how it seemed to just turn off.

Not sure what it was with Ciftci, everything was breaking down with him and the reason we didn't quite get more chances on goal in the 1st half. I'm not going to blame Armstrong since he has been out so a saving grace there for him. I'm starting to think GMS is very unlikely to start for us again unless our hand is forced by injuries/suspensions etc. seems like he has something tied up elsewhere already tbh.

Erskine in place of Ciftci may be an option as some one said as he hasn't got competition for his place at all. This needs a fitting fit Armstrong though.

Re: Killie away Friday night

Up until the goal we played well then a clinical goal fae Killie changed the game.No need for a knee jerk this is football and we'll be back quicker than our blip last year. Stay cool shed rule

Re: Killie away Friday night

Terrible performance, hopefully we kick on after the break.

Jackie though needs to change the system, no plan b. 4-4-2:

Rado

Watson.......Fojut.......Morris.......townsend

Dow.........Amo.........Rankin........GMS

Mario................Nadir

give wee Connolly and telfer more time as well.

Re: Killie away Friday night

Dont think we played well at all. Also dont think Killie where that much better. Was a shitty night and water lying on pitch didnt help matters with pitch either...
Ciftci has an attitude problem imo you can tell early doors how his game will pan out and was right to be taken off. but then again we only hae 3 subs there was a few below par performances.

Only Morris, Chris Eriksen and Rado get pass marks from me. Fojut Is excused, he's been phenomenal also Ranks and Paton. Dow was sluggish, Amo needs to give us a fucking performance soon and Nadir needs to get a fucking grip.
