Semi ticket info

From sfa website

Quite surprised with the pricing of tickets.

http://www.scottishfa.co.uk/scottish_fa_news.cfm?page=2986&newsID=16072&newsCategoryID=1

The Scottish FA is pleased to announce a competitive ticket pricing policy for next month’s Unrivalled William Hill Scottish Cup semi-finals at Hampden Park.

After consultation with all potential participants, tickets for Dundee United’s tie against Hibernian or Inverness Caledonian Thistle on Saturday, 16th April and Rangers versus Celtic the following day start at just £18 for adults and £7 for concessions* in the East and West Stands.

Concession prices were introduced in the North Stand, as well as the East and West Stands, for the first time at last year’s William Hill Scottish Cup final and the Scottish FA is delighted to confirm that they will now be available throughout the stadium, including the South Stand, for both semi-finals.

Premium seating in the North and South Stands costs just £28 for adults and £12 for concessions.

The oldest cup trophy in world football is truly Unrivalled and so, too, is access for families and supporters of all ages.

* Concession tickets apply to under-16s, students and senior citizens.

Re: Semi ticket info

That's a fair price.

Well done to the club for agreeing to that with the other clubs.

Common sense prevails for once.

Re: Semi ticket info

£18 for a semi final is good, should this now not be used as a basis going forward for reviewing prices for run of the mill league games to say £15 a pop, after all surely you would expect to pay more for a semi final than normal games?

Plenty time to fix pricing in Scotland for next season after the precedent this sets, obviously ST prices would need to be adjusted accordingly, again plenty time to sort this........
