Not just in defending them but most notably in an attacking sense.
In the past 2 months we've scored 3 direct free-kicks from them (hadn't scored a free-kick for 2 years previous).
And have scored 4 headed goals direct from corners.
If we're going from exactly 2 months ago the night we lost 3-2 at Tynecastle we've scored 8 goals from set-pieces out of the 16 we've scored since then, half of our total.
This is a vast improvement as this was an area of our game we rarely profited from previously.
Credit for this has to go to Mixu.He has obviously identified an obvious weakness in our arsenal and worked hard to address it on the training ground and in personal (we have a wee bit of height and physicality at last for example).
Was just thinking about the set piece side of things last night.
Makes a change to see us winning games on the back of them rather than looking as a result of poor defending at them.
As you say, credit to Mixu for sorting this out.

Think overall... Confidence is gonna get us to the playoffs. And Hibs have shat it big stylee... Nothing to fear now... Just keep playing Paton as captain... Get tore in ... And we'll survive. We'll lose and we we will win in this fucking rollercoaster. As per... The Arabs pull us thru.
We should never forget tho... That sneaky cunt thompson !!

Privately, I've not been happy with Mixu, but you make good points, folk.

When a team is struggling and not blessed with pace set pieces represent a significant chance to score, but until recently our delivery had been absolutely woeful!!
Delighted to see the upturn in our set plays

Fraser taking corners has made a big difference. Spittal should stick to the free-kicks.

Spittal's inswinging corners have been truly awful - odd considering some of his other set piece deliveries.

Have to agree, spittals corners are truly awful, like said above considering his free kicks are immense
