Had 15 points.We have 13.
They finished 9th a massive 14 points ahead of bottom placed St.Mirren and even 8 ahead of 2nd Bottom Motherwell.
Albeit they were only 6 points detached at the bottom and not 13 but from Valentines day onwards they out of 14 remaining games won TEN,drew two and lost only two.
Ross fucking County.
Time for every cunt at our club to stop feeling sorry for ourselves. You don't throw in the towel until it's over.
I don't mean the supporters btw,i mean the players, the Manager, the coaches, the staff.Get a bit of fucking snarl about you FFS and at the very least go out fighting you fucking cunts.Losing to Hearts on Saturday should be considered an affront to the club+badge.

Would love to see the same thing happen with us, but I don't believe enough of the players have the fight/desire or the manager the ability for us to even get close.

County made good signings we have signed complete shite, if we win 3 more games I will be stunned.

Have always pointed at Ross County as an example of how we could get out of this. But for the first time, on Tuesday, I began to think I'm deluded.

On the surface this seems true. But this season, we've signed such as Billy McKay, who netted over 60 goals at Inverness in three and a half seasons, a great average. Pongolle, four years older but with a wealth of experience at a much higher level than United. Demel, in two Cameroonian WC squads and with an impressive pedigree. Kawashima, over 70 caps for Japan and two WC first choice appearances, in fact first choice for his nation until mid 2015. Ofere won the Scottish Cup just last year at Inverness, and was a semi final scorer against Celtic, a team we struggle against: ICT wanted to keep him, and they have appeared to be a stronger club than us in recent times. Even Adam Taggart was with the club for an unimpressive period, yet he had been top scorer in the A-League in 2014, and played in the Brazil World Cup too, that year.
I don't think they are complete shite, it seems when they have come under the influence of our club they turn that way. Why? Probably they are being badly managed, but all these players are or were very short term signings, and are probably not too concerned about redeeming "their own professional reputations", as they will get other offers in the summer. Taggart has signed back to Oz club Perth Glory on a two and a half year deal.

Chairman keeps saying we have the 3rd biggest wage bill, I reckon that's one of the problems with certain players. Paying good money for short term mercenaries, who lets face it mostly played for a lot more throughout their careers, do they care? Were they ever going to care?
Then you've got the 'Merc' squad, don't get me wrong don't grudge them Their nice cars, but it all seems to have been allowed to go to some their heads, that's bad management by Jackie. Mixus possibly tried to bring them back to earth and they've not took it well?
Wee Jim had the right idea, low wages, high bonuses, need to get back to making folk earn their wedge.

Nor do I mate, hence why i posted that 'Relegated In February' post on Tuesday night.I think we are all but down now and i'm not even confident of a draw on Saturday never mind a win.
But you know what??It doesn't really matter what i think.Doesn't matter what you think,or anybody on this Forum or any other forum,Twitter,Facebook, journos,or even what Stephen Thompson thinks.
The only people who can ge us out of this are the players. And that's why in that dressing room this morning Mixu should be using County's late resurgence last season as a last ditch inspiration and saying to these players 'forget about Wednesday night,it's done with....here's how we are going to beat Hearts'.
They owe it to the support and club to at least go down fighting.

Totally agree with Pat's point above btw.A lot of the signings we've made not just under Mixu but also under Jackie you could say 'on paper' at least are good signings.Guys like McKay,Dixon,Gunning even Anier all had good SPL experience and were good players at this level.
Pongolle,Kawa,Riski and Demel are all ex-Internationalists who have played for either massive clubs or in World Cups/Champions League/Europa League.
Yes we may have a poor side at the moment. But a team who are so poor they should be 13 points (or worse) detached at the bottom?Nah,i don't buy it.
I think it's been a mix of bad Management and to be honest a few players either suffering a horrific crash in confidence or simply just not trying hard enough for the club. One or two seem to have thrown the towel in for me.
Though i disagreed with Thompson going public with his statement, privately he is correct. These players owe it to the themselves to salvage their reputations as players. Is this how guys like Dixon,Dow,Rankin,Paton,McKay etc want to be remembered?I guess we'll find out starting on Saturday how some of these guys want to be remembered by the support as they play their last few games in tangerine in most cases.

Spot on with the crash in confidence, in my opinion, not withstanding any management or backroom shenanigans just purely the players, I could pinpoint it to the first derby at Tannadice, 2-0 up Spittal was amazing, we were playing 'good' and seemed comfortable, then freak goal, good save by their keeper, then that last few seconds equaliser to make it 2-2.
I'm not saying we were playing amazing before that game, but I don't think we ever recovered from it. Thought we would come out of that funk after the 5-1 win but despite a few promising glimpses it seems even the players have given up now.

Do any of them care enough?? I don't think they do. A total clusterfuck

I personally admitted defeat after the spineless tactics and pathetic performance on Saturday, Wednesday wasn't actually a shock to me after that.
Agree with what Heggy suggests above, do these players have the fight or desire to get themselves out of this? I don't think so and I'm positive the chairmans message yesterday will have to opposite effect of its intention.
If that message was directed at me in my work I'd be raging and would use it as an incentive to show a big fuck you to my boss then leave in the summer, I suspect our players will use it as a means to negotiate a transfer and would have spent most of yesterday looking at summer holidays.

As much as i want to see us in the top league and pull off a miracle i cant see it.
The tactics the formation the players no playing to the standard they should the public slating of them thewrong manager being appointed the length of time.it took to sack the previous manager
All factors as to why we wont stay up.
We are not ross county we did not go out and sign a team full of fighters to keep us up like they did.
I said it a while ago i thought thompaon wouldnt mind us going down to drastically make cuts to budgetand staff at tannadice. Alot of hard working people will lose there jobs whilst the top of the tree keep there and continue to fuck our club up.
