Giving Jackie the summer was shocking,
Giving him the whole transfer window was worse.
Appointing Mixu was a terrible decision

Both men made terrible transfer decisions
Both men made terrible tactical decisions

1 man ( or was it the whole board) appointed them both and allowed it all to happen.

Clear the whole lot out.

I hated UFC when it was around, was never a fan of ET, but I hope there's enough backbone in our support to make change happen now or this club will be fucked for a long, long time with the current regime.

Hard not to disagree with this.

Mixu has to go - even if things pick up a bit who'd trust him to put a squad together for next season.

Plenty of other managerial fish in the ocean.

Thompson is more of a problem as he'd need to be bought out and I've seen nothing credible to suggest that's likely.

Relegated from possibly the worst top flight league in world football the standard of our league is fkn embarrassing so what does that say about us that we are so far adrift at bottom of it?

Quick thought on Thompson - if there's no-one to buy him out and if he's not intending to put any money into the club then he needs to stand aside and put a competent administrator in and take a complete back seat.

Would prefer he was totally gone, but if not possible then he actually has to 'sack' himself and let someone competent run the club,like u said. Southern has to go too. It needs a complete refresh, there are plenty good business people who could run things for half the price it costs for these 2, along with a good football manager running that side it could work fine.

Thompson will attempt to cling-on as long as he's picking up a £100k+ wage a year.He has no other means of incoming finance.

Unless he somehow get's offered a new job somewhere that matches his current wage i can't see him going anywhere unless fan power get's him out.

Mixu i feel is more honourable and would possibly walk.Though he has a stubborn streak and i don't think he'd throw in the towel unless we were looking like we weren't getting promoted from the Championship.

In short i can't see things getting any better anytime quickly.Despondent.

Time for talking on messageboards has gone. Time to make our voices heard and let Thompson and the board know our thoughts. They've had fuck all public criticism up until now. Time to let them know our feelings.

Stuart McCall would have been a safe bet till the seasons end and i feel would have gotten a response out of our young squad.He also had excellent contacts down south when at Motherwell.

Giving Mixu 3 years is and was an unbelievably bad decision and laughable when you consider we interviewed him first and then spent the next month trying to appoint anyone but him.

Cunts in the Boardroom are 'winging it'.Not football people.

A few points in one post so apologies for the rant...

We definitely won't be relegated in February, we probably won't be relegated in March and we might be at Hampden in April. It may prove to be our worst season in 50 years but its not yet.

Mixu has been a terrible appointment, we were 4 points from safety (10th) and 12 points off 3rd when he joined. Were now 13 points from 11th and his signings have been awful.

Wright and Hughes were the owners first TWO choices who are both employed by smaller clubs and it is embarrassing that be couldn't get either.

Thompson blinked when it was leaked that Mixu was away to take another job and he gave him a ridiculous contract, I don't imagine it would have a regation release clause although I agree with TEK that he will probably walk when we're officially relegated.

We need a compete clear out from top to bottom, a new owner, chairman, board, manager, coaching set up, development coaches, even fucking catering contract but unless there is someone out there willing to write a cheque to the Thompson family for around £5m then its not going to happen and no amount of protest from the stands will change that.

If Thompson starts getting grief at Tannadice or in the Royal Arch he'll just fuck off to Oz and let Southern run the club, which is what he's meant to be doing anyway.

Agree mate, I was one of the last of my squad to admit defeat but I gave up after Saturday, that was in a strange way even worse than tonight.
