The final game of Round 1 witnessed a close-scoring match that was won by a single vote between the top 2 tracks.The winner of the tie on this occasion (and now progressing through to Round 2 as a consequence) was the Bowie track 'Jean Genie' off of the Aladdin Sane album.Eliminated from the tournament at the 1st hurdle are the 3 defeated Bowie tracks 'Fashion', 'Be My Wife' and the unlucky 'Rebel Rebel' which finished runner-up.
