Well clear at the top of League One down south, and looking to go into the Championship. I mind their ramshackle town centre ground when visiting in the late '80's, some change to the present stadium. And a couple of seasons ago they had a few terrible defeats, 7-1 twice, yet they look like making a double step up this year after last season's League Two title.
All for a team which only entered the full league system in the same season we won the cup, 2009-10.
And to the point: starring in midfield, and scorer of tonight's winner, is Calum Butcher. Should he have been offered an acceptable contract by United for this season? I think he's been a player we have missed.

Yep,said all along that it was a major fuck-up not keeping him.He was excellent when he was moved into midfield imo.Far better than Souttar if truth be tld (in that position).
Not a 'World-beater' by any means but got stuck in,was tidy enough on the ball, tried to get forward, was young and had a bit of 'fire in the belly'.Loved a slide challenge tae.
I wish him every success.Utd's loss is definitely Burton's gain.

I'm sure Butcher wanted to go back down to England regardless of whether or not we offered him a new deal.
