It now turns out not only did they not consult East Kilbride FC when moving their game v Celtic to Hamilton...but they didn't even consult Accies!!
Their arrogance/incompetence is truly breathtaking.
Watch the game now being hastily moved to Hampden.

I'd like to say that I was surprised and shocked by this.......but I'd be lying.
The only thing that they do well is their contempt for any team that is not one of the two cheeks.

The SFA are composed of folk chosen by the clubs, and individuals from the clubs.
Change is required, but it won't happen as these people who serve on the SFA committees would be losing their golden ticket to freebies at big games. They do what Celtic and Rangers officials tell them.

And I see the SPFL (also the clubs) has just broken an agreement with St Johnstone to provide them with tickets for Tynecastle's Main Stand for their semi-final on Saturday.

IMO any club entering the cup should be allowed to play their games at their home ground. This bollocks that the police won't allow it? They get handsomely paid to police football games, they should just police appropriately the games they are given, not be saying no we ain't doing that one their.
The SFA are a joke aswell tho, not a clue between the lot of them, and the clubs in general are happy with it.

This is all done just to accomodate Celtic and their fans so they get more fans at the game.
If EK had drawn Forfar,Ross County,Killie or somebody this would not even be an issue.

Exactly, but the polis are scared more turn up, well turn them away, police the situation you're being paid to police, but instead they shit it and say it has to go to a bigger ground, lazy bastards.
Btw well done Hamilton for putting their own club first and refusing the game.

Read this last night fair play to hamilton like.
Fucking make them play it at there own ground.

bowers, EK wanted to play it at their own ground.

Ah didnt know that surely they cant stop it then
Whats the point in letting them enter the cup and then want them play elsewhere

Game now at Airdrie, it's like they're saying you're not getting home advantage and there's no way we're letting u make a lot of money out of it either.
SFA/SPFL get worse every year, yet despite loads of outbursts from individual clubs during each season about various individual decisions, the clubs do nothing to force change.

Airdrie lol.
Another sparkling decision from the fuckwits at Hampden.Fucking miles away from EK...infact it's closer to Parkhead than it is East Kilbride.
East Kilbride now have literally NO advantage in this match at all....'Romance of the Cup' my arse.
I actually despise the SFA ken that.

And it will be on TV.

The EK chairman is quoted on BBC website as saying it's the best and nearest option for his club.
The fact they wanted it played on plastic kinda limited their options.

Well it's definitely not the nearest. That would be Hampden.
Interesting that they're happy going to Airdrie.Perhaps good for the players being able to play on plastic as that's what they're used too.
But a bad decision as in as far as turning it into an 'away' game for the EK support.

See how the SFA enjoy the 'bringing the game into disrepute' charge?
I see that a club based at Ibrox has put pressure on the Herald newspaper to sack a couple of journalist, the Herald duly doing so. Also, they have banned a BBC journalist from the ground, leading to a (supposed) boycott of home games at Ibrox.
Seems it's okay, though, to cause folk to lose their livelihoods.
I'd say this is worse by some distance than the likes of Griffiths singing a song about Skacel, or a manager criticising a referee or another club, like Kenny Shiels quite a few times. In all honesty, who does that hurt?
While I'm at at, what about one club criticising another club's player on their official website?
The SFA ignored this, one club trying to officially get another player a ban, with the resultant loss of wages that would bring.
Acht, that's enough moaning for now.....................
