It might be crazy to you bud. Crazy to me is playing the same defence that we have done all season and expecting a different outcome.

Picked Muirhead over Murray as he has a point to prove, personally would like to see Murray and Muirhead up top but that won't happen if McKay is back.

It's difficult at times to pick an 11 that you think...."Hey ...that's decent".

Soutar reads the game well in a back 4 but it's just his heading ability that concerns me mate.

Well Dixon is out (suspended ?) so probably Robson at LB.

Although I'm not a big fan of the back three, given the limited selection options and our lack of width I'd go

Kawashima
donaldson Durnan gunning
spittal demel Paton robson
mackay muirhead murray

Paton and Demel to take on very defensive rolls to protect our dodgy defence and allow Spittal and Robson to really push forward.

Re: Utd v Killie - Sat 23rd Jan *Last Chance Saloon*

Never knew dixon was suspended. Possibly dillon left back spittal right back.

More than likely be gunning durnan aswell.

Re: Utd v Killie - Sat 23rd Jan *Last Chance Saloon*

No chance I'd play Durnan, Gunning or Erskine and if Telfer has been told he's going then wouldn't play him either (even tho I think that's a big mistake).

So
.                    Kawashima
Paton.    Souttar.    Donaldson.   Dillon
Spittal.    Demel.    Rankin.        Riski
                McKay.     Muirhead

Anier, Fraser, Murray, Robson, Spark, Szromnik, H Souttar

A solid 4, lol, I mean the full backs can concentrate on defending and let the 2 in front get on with attacking, If we need to chase it more 2nd half can throw 3rd striker in or stick Fraser central mid for Demel to provide more threat.

Great first half performance, commentators on BBC Scotland full of praise for United.

Reckon you and I are jinxes, Bowers.

4 - 0!  FFS, team talks the way forward?

And near misses by McKay, Murray (twice) Paton, Dow, and Gunning!
