According to bbc team meeting held by dillon and a lot was talked about - interesting.

Aye, like you say BandT, talk is cheap: maybe Dillon didn't want to step on McGowan's toes as Skippy seemed more a dominant personality than the club captain. But that's no excuse.

Sounds like to me players are about to take the game plan out if mixu,s hands and go with a 442 formation that feel comfortable with . We will find out tomorrow that's for sure

Said for some time the players have no respect for the manager. It wouldnt surprise me. I wouldnt fall on the side of the players or manager, both sets are not good enough.

Does anyone actually think these meetings take place without the managers say so?
It's like in 2010 and all the credit Webster gets, Houston was the one that made the meeting happen. Get a senior pro onside and they can say what ever they want the gaffers not here, clears the air. Happens in loads of businesses.
