Re: Kyle knoyle

Are we just signing anycunt, unbelievable how the fuck have we no signed a winger yet, if mixu canna see it, I honestly give up any hope of him succeeding! We don't need any other strikers we got one of the best in the league, we need a centre half and wingers

The boy is a right back according to the link above and an attacking one it would seem.

Probably could use one though really, really inexperienced tho so well risky.

McGowan on his way maybe?

Re: Kyle knoyle

Spoke to a mate from London just there, a Massive Hammer fan says the boy has never had a first team start or made a match day squad, reckons they have around 5 youngsters about to break through but he doesn't seem to be one of them yet.........time will tell with this one I suppose.

I live my life with no remorse or regret!..one life no re-hearsal!!.....lets get naked!!

Sounds exactly what we are in desperate need for.

Re: Kyle knoyle

A 19 year old rookie with almost zero experience of playing first team football for anyone.

This is the plan to get us out of the shit?

Right you are Mixu.

Re: Kyle knoyle

If he is brought in as cover fair enough, but like u say huge gamble when we are this far behind. We are due at least one decent young loanee. With Dixon out I think we will see demel play centrehalf along with gunning,  and dillon lb with new youngster rb.

Re: Kyle knoyle

If its for cover sont we have boys at the club in the u20 squad that can be used for cover.

Got to be a proven rb looks like we r taking a huge gamble we this young lad ans hoping for the best

Re: Kyle knoyle

Recommendation from Demel?

Maybe needed a mate to drive him to training, or maybe he could be decent who knows.

Certainly could do with ace and stamina in that area, as longs there's ability aswell.

Re: Kyle knoyle

It's a huge risk.
Most of the coaches and pundits in England complain about academy football not being agrees sick enough and not preparing a player for life at the sharp end.
Most f the u-20's get a massive shock when put our on last an and this has lead to the rise of boys like deli alli, Vardy and Austin due to coming through the ranks of professional football.

Epl academy football will be a million miles from an spfl relegation scrap. Hope this boys an exception but it looks again, like Mixu is showing off his 'extensive contacts list' rather than go using on getting in SPL ready players

Re: Kyle knoyle

So let me get this right.

In 24 hours we will ply our biggest league match in 11 years and we are going into it with a boy at Right back who has no experience of 1st team football and will have played 1 morning training session with his new team mates.

I can't be alone in thinking this is all McNamaraesq?

That is quite possibly what is about to happen... Unless he puts someone else at RB?

If he is thrown into the mix on Saturday there is a high likelihood he'll think his first name is Fuh (knoyle) from the shouts

Re: Kyle knoyle

Dundee United have signed defender Kyle Knoyle on loan from West Ham until the end of the season. The 19-year-old England youth international is a full-back and arrives at Tannadice with Ryan McGowan preparing to join Henan Jianye.Knoyle joined the Hammers as a 13-year-old and is under contract with the east London club until the summer of 2017.He will not be included in the home squad for Saturday's visit of Kilmarnock."He's a very bright prospect," said manager Mixu Paatelainen. "He doesn't have too much experience but he is a good player."He can play in a couple of positions, so he'll be a good addition to the squad."United are bottom of the Premiership, 14 points adrift of Killie, Hamilton and Partick Thistle
