Nothing other than victory will be good enough in this match.My fear is Gary Locke will say 'get in about them early doors and if we score first their fans will turn on them and their heads will drop'.

I don't want to see Gunning or Dillon play again for Utd.Gunning not a professional footballer imo and Dillon is finished at this level i'm sad to say (and has been for awhile if truth be told).Erskine should never play again for Utd either for me.And we must get the 3 at the back to fuck.Teams are having a field day out wide.

So my team would be (may change if we sign anyone before next weekend).

Pretty sure only Kawa, Soapy and McKay aren't signed on for next year from that starting 11.

Im now convinced that we are down but there is still alot to play for and a miracle may just happen if we can catch killie and make play off spot. That is our one and only hope.

As much as i dont want to see that prick.gunning play for our club once more we better get used to it for the rest of season sadly.

Formation needs to change 4-4-2 and fucking go for it show us a fight

Wouldn't be confident with Demel at right back, he's not got the legs to get up and down and if they've got a runner at left wing we're fucked.

It's crystal clear that our problems lie in defence, we had enough chances to score four against Celtic, McKay misses about six good chances a game, we don't need much more up front.

We need wholesale changes, this is very much last chance saloon. It won't happen - we'll stick with three at the back with starts for Gunning, Dillon, Souttar, Durnan and Rankin.

We'll do the same as we always do yet expect a different outcome, insanity personified.

Fraser has a simple job here. Just pass the ball. No hanging onto it or twists and turns, he gets the ball and tries to thread a pass.

Paton back in to provide some bite, we need a nasty streak, he can give us it. Demel in to boss things.

Donaldson back in, Gunning out, Durnan too.

Tbh I'd be inclined to persevere with Durnan, in preference to Dillon and in Morris absence - might be less shaky with decent midfield protection from Paton/Demel though as both not match fit might start Rankin for one or other then swap for whoever tires quickest.

Just seen someone on Twitter say Dixon is suspended for Saturday.

I'd reluctantly play Dillon there then.

I dont think Dixons been great lately anyway. I'd be inclined to give Robson a shot there. Simply because we're going to stick with the 3 at the back nonsense. Dillon isn't the type to go marauding forward and put balls in the box.

Id play Durnan, Donaldson or even Gunning at centre half before Dillon. His tackling is abysmal. His attempt to tackle Rogic before the 1st goal was a joke. A CH has to get the man or the ball, preferably both, Dillon just dangled a leg.
Rankin also should be no where near the team, Demel, Soutar or Paton before him please.

Durnans the worst defender in the squad.
Gunning cost us 2 goals on Fri and his attitude is fucking appalling.

Agree with Rankin though, the whole running several yards towards the boy you will eventually pass it to does my tits in.

That is one hell of a crazy line up mate. No way is John Soutar playing as ch. Magennis would destroy him in the air. Robson maybe as Dixon is suspended but not Spark also. Far too inexperianced to have both full backs so young playing in a game of this magnatude. So you would drop Murray and play the overated lazy bastard Fraser?

It might be crazy to you bud. Crazy to me is playing the same defence that we have done all season and expecting a different outcome.

Picked Muirhead over Murray as he has a point to prove, personally would like to see Murray and Muirhead up top but that won't happen if McKay is back.

Been sitting all week hoping beyond hope that at some point when I looked in here there'd be news of a couple of new central defenders. By yesterday I'd reduced my expectation to at least one big Scandinavian centre half or the like, or someone with a decent pedigree from down south.

Ain't gonna happen.

If somehow the starting eleven doesn't contain Gunning, Dillon or Durnan at the back, I might retain a small amount of optimism.

Completely fucked off.

My amended team would have to now include Gunning and Dillon ...we have no other option.This back 4 i'm about to type out gives me ZERO confidence we can win.But we have no other options.

Feel yer pain Tek but after seeing how poor Fraser was out wide against St Johnstone in Jmacs last game, I simply would not play him there. In fact , currently he doesnt deserve to be anywhere near the first team.

I hear ya mate,i'm not confident he can do a job there but who can?Murray possibly?But i would prefer to see him upfront as i think there could be goals in him.
