His high and mighty Twitter ramblings about our embarrassing arseholes, neds and cunts in our support, singing songs and enjoying themselves.

Re: Sartomutiny

Try no to criticise other supporters but find his articles almost condescending at times. Each to their own opinion and all that but when I do read what he has to say it's generally doom and gloom and very little positivity about any aspect of the club.

Re: Sartomutiny

I don't know the guy, never conversed with him on here, read a few of his articles when he first started and was not my cup of tea so didn't follow it much afterwards, each to their own and happy for him for getting the gig in the first place.

But, I don't follow him on twitter either so had to catch up to see what the crack is. First thing, kinda got rubbed the wrong way with his twitter handle "voice of the fans', but then I think he is just trolling in a joking manner, then regarding his tweets about minters with the pitch invasion, I think he just got trolled himself, I don't think our pitch invasion was done in a fashion like we beat a Real Madrid, but just as a tongue in cheek we have finally won a fecking game type of way. Would hold my hands up if that was not the case though. Who cares what other fans think, its all banter at the end of the day no matter how shitey it is.

Also I don't really think this is a forum for singling a person out for what he said on twitter in such a public fashion on here, especially since he hasn't posted on this board since the 1st of September last year! If people are really upset by it then PM him direct on here or on Twitter where he appears more active. This shouldn't be a place for this type of shit.

But thats just my personal opinion

Re: Sartomutiny

I disagreed with his column once, was negative as fuck. Told him what I though. Apparently my opinion didn't matter because the article was 'free'.

'Voice of the fans'?

Bolt.

Re: Sartomutiny

Too many people online nowadays that think their opinion is worth a lot more than it really is. Forums like this and others are great but you get certain guys that try and elevate themselves above the normal mugs like myself and others.

It's not where you're from it's where you're at.

I agree Hunted, but so was the "pitch invasion" yesterday that he mentioned. In my opinion.

Think the pitch invasion was a united celebration between fans and players who ran to the fans to celebrate. Not embarrassed by the players, fans or boths' passionate reaction at all.

This is what it's all about.

Re: Sartomutiny

Seemingly it's embarrassing because fans of other teams are taking the piss on Sarto's timeline.

Really who gives a fuck what fans of any other club thinks of us?

There's an element right thru our club that wants to be seen to be nice and do the right thing, we won a fair play award once and some people think that means we have to be seen to behave better than everyone else. Fact is that award was for a spontaneous act, just like Saturday was a spontaneous act.

I'd rather our players were hated, our manager thought of as the biggest prick in Scottish football and our fans thought of as a bunch of embarrassing arseholes by everyone outside the club.  If we were truly thought of like that, I'd know things were going well.

Re: Sartomutiny

FFS as Sieb and Phobia said, it was just a spontaneous hallelujah moment!

It was hardly an invasion on a scale with the 1980 Scottish Cup Final was it???

Harmless relief was all it was.  The young laddie and his selfie with Ranks was brilliant fun.  If you watch him in the footage it's hilarious looking for his moby and then looking for a player!!!  . Ranks tweet about it was fantastic.  The other young laddie doing the press ups tae   - brilliant!!!  It was feckin freezing there and Airdrie had insufficient food for our support, so it helped brighten the soul.

What we should be focusing on is the fact that even being completely for 11 months, we took 1,300; or about 25% of our season ticket holders to that game.  That IMO is amazing.  So instead of arguing amongst ourselves, how about galvanising and trying to get out of this situation we are in?

Re: Sartomutiny

He is pessimistic as fuck

Often wonder if he actually supports the club

Loves putting the boot in and in our predicament -unwarranted.

Voice of the fans -i hope to fuck that is ironic because there is no danger that doom monger speaks for me.

Oh, what came of the things we once believed?
