Hard to see how we can stay up after yet another defeat, nothing is falling for us this season.

No luck + no taking chances + no confidence = relegation material.

Dire times.

2015 has been shite in footballing terms, heres hoping for the Great Escape in 2016.

Re: Dundee United V's Partick Thistle - Saturday 12th December (3PM)

Another cringer of a result!
Mixu doesn't have it!
Team full of second besters and lightweights!
We are supposed to be fighting for our lives and we only have one booking, this speaks volumes for me. We need to sign some battlers in January that's for sure, we will need them when we go down.

Fucking gutted!

Lays at the chairman's door I'm afraid.  Even the hire of Mixu who although I like, should not have been the replacement.

Just my opinion

McNamara fault, no doubt about it, bought complete and utter shite! Thompson backed McNamara to the hilt and will back mixu no doubt about! He controls the business side no the footballing side that's the manager fault and it all comes down to what the previous cunt brought in

Re: Dundee United V's Partick Thistle - Saturday 12th December (3PM)

The game underlined the lack of quality and leaders at the club. Suspect most of us hoped our players might (me included) just be better than the other clubs' unknown players. But they aren't.

Without major surgery, we are gone.

Re: Dundee United V's Partick Thistle - Saturday 12th December (3PM)

Cannae get to grip why we lost today. Thought we were the better team, certainly in the 1st half. Stupid lousy goal to lose, Doolan should never been allowed to turn, but IMO the keeper shouldve stopped it, but I might eat my hat once I see the replay. Thing is, it's about the only 1 single attempt they phuckin had. I counted us having about a dozen, but due to rebounds, clearances, off-targets, atleast 1 handball, and stops by their keeper, we got phuck-all. Part of that was due to us trying to play the ball thru into the centre of their box too often, instead of making crosses. Dixons move in the 2nd half was 1 of the exceptions, but no chunt could get on the end of it.

We sat too deep for too long. We didnt close them down near enough. There was a 4 minute period in the 1st half, when their back 4 and their midfield played ping-pong across the pitch, and we never touched the ball. Unbelievable. However when our back 4 had the ball, they were on us.

Unfortunate that Pongo went off after 9 minutes, then Demel puts his hands up after 50 odd minutes. More phuckin injuries. Great to see Erskine back tho. Dont know why Telfer was subbed tho. He's not brilliant, but for me Soapy Souttar shouldve been hooked. Was like we were playing with 10 men.

I'm at a doo the night, but nipped away for 10 minutes to post this. Pus tripping, I am phuckin seek.

Re: Dundee United V's Partick Thistle - Saturday 12th December (3PM)

It's hard to see any other outcome after the results over the last 5 games added that every other team is finding a result here and there.

The gap is still widening instead of decreasing

Re: Dundee United V's Partick Thistle - Saturday 12th December (3PM)

If we go down, we go down. The worry is that we end up in a similar situation to St Mirren and struggle in the Championship as well. They carried the losing mentality down with them after getting relegated and don't appear to be able to get out of it.

Too much commotion

Nearly every chunt is taking points off us, but we're taking points off no chunt. It's phuckin sickening.
