With childhood sentimentality in mind i'm voting for Paddy Connolly who I absolutely idolised at one point.

Fergie

Iain Ferguson, gutted when he left, too much of a playboy maverick for J.Y.Mc.
Offline
A toughie, think it has to be Fergie though.

Only one of these two scored in a major European semi-final so its got to be Iain Ferguson.
I was like TEK as regards Paddy Connolly but unfortunately his career kind of fizzled out after we won the cup which was quite sad to see for such a talented player.

Fergie - didn't realise his goals ratio was so good. Another type that we could do with in the current squad.

Iain Ferguson, mind he eventually had a market stall at The Forge selling football jerseys.

Yeah I mind of that.
Was always told he was a big Motherwell supporter.
Was therefore disappointed to see him outside Ibrox last season demonstarating against the Board with John Brown,Nacho Novo and a couple of other detestable bastards.
Anyway............we're voting on best Utd Forward......so
Full Time -
Iain Ferguson - 7
Paddy Connolly - 2
