The Rangers After John Souttar

In quite a few media outlets this morning. Hmm.  It will be interesting to see what Mixu gets out of him.

Re: The Rangers After John Souttar

Depends if the Souttar family change their minds now the clown has gone,Souttar is a player but we have not seen it this season unfortunately

Re: The Rangers After John Souttar

He's talented and should go on to have a good career. Things have gone a bit stale for him here. A move would probably do him good. He's a young lad and I'd hate to see his career wasted. That's unless he joins either Sevco or Celtic. Then I could give a fuck what happened to his career

I think we will see a change in a couple of players now that they are gone.

These players didnt just become poor overnight.. there was a reason for it.

How so? He's played fifteen times the amount Telfer/Allan did and has been capped at most Scotland age groups/

Re: The Rangers After John Souttar

Can't see him moving to the Rangers.

East end of Glasgow a more likely destination.

I really rate him but as long as we get 400k for him I'll live with it.

Re: The Rangers After John Souttar

Aye 400K for him would be more than a good deal.  Clearly has talent but appears to be not very interested in playing for United anymore.

Think we got roughly that for Scott Allan, and he had only appeared for us FOUR times.

Re: The Rangers After John Souttar

Thoight he'd already got involved in a pre-conjob with the green onions.

Re: The Rangers After John Souttar

The thing with Allan's transfer is it never went to a tribunal, WBA bid 400k with a six months or so remaining on his deal and there was talk of Rangers moving for him at the end of season before they died.

Re: The Rangers After John Souttar

Think Js is naturally lazy and jackies methods of training did not push him to improve over the last 18 months.

By rights, he should be the first name on the team sheet using his tackling and passing ability to run our midfield....but he's not been pushed.

Will be interesting to see what mixu can get out of him. Whether he stays or goes, I think will be decided in the next few weeks.

Do I want hin to stay or go? I'd rather he stayed but we've lost better players and survived....

If you can't say something nice, don't say anything at all.

Re: The Rangers After John Souttar

I still think he's a centre half tbh. It's shocking that we didn't sign an experienced centre half, like Webster or Wilkie, to help him. No wonder he wants to leave. Bet he wishes he left for Sunderland.
