Reading that Bowman was training 50 boys at once during the week brings home what a fucken mess Jackie has made of the squad. Fact is you can't put on a professional training session for that many boys.

Whoever comes in needs to be ruthless take a 25 man squad tops and use it, the rest need to train as a reserve squad, obviously a lot of them are development age players but the experienced ones that aren't performing need to go there too, out the road.

Its all well and good saying Dillon and Rankin are helping out but they still need to train as well so basically Bo is the only coach we have left. If Campbell was still here the squad could've been split in two. Ach well.

No reason 2 separate session can't be done, it's not like they train all day

Actually Jeff is a qualified coach, and was a coach at Newcastle before he became a physio. He also helped out with coacking at United in 2005.
