The opening Semi Final of the tournament saw a comeback victory registered for 'Animal Nitrate' by SUEDE which defeated the (now eliminated) track 'Babies' by Pulp 6-4 to book it's place in the Final of the Britpop Song Cup.

Yep. A good comp that has gotten more devalued by the week. What next? A filmstar burds comp that Subo wins for a 'larf'? Not good.

I'm voting Ash simply so we don't have an all Suede final.
