    Never thought i'd say this but i 100% agree with every word Keith Jackson has typed here.

    What can you say?  Pretty much sums everything up as good as I have read.  One thing to be a selling club, but there is a balance to be struck.  We cannot make the same mistake when it comes to offering the new gaffer his contract.

    I guess the only thing i'd question on JM's contract would be that I am not so sure DJackson wouldnt have got in JM's ear about incentives for players sold.  Might not have been ST's idea.  Either way he sanctioned it,
