Celtic
ICT
Morton
Hibs
Hearts
Ross County
St.Johnstone
I want the easiest tie possible (on paper anyway)....Morton at Tannadice.

Morton away.

Celtic at home. Probably get beat but we have a tiny chance in a game at Tannadice. We will not beat them in a QF tie at Parkhead or in a semi or final at Hampden. If you want to win the cup you usually have to beat them now that Rangers are dead

Need to build confidence or loose manager. Last time v them when I was there was the 2nd last game of the div 1 season and it was a nuts day oot. We need time and any type of wins right now.

I'd like Morton at home, and Celtic to be away to ICT. Hibs v Hearts, Ross County v Saints.

I don't know who I want, but they all want United!

Morton or hearts away pls

Morton at hone..
Usually i want to draw a team from lower league away in cups but we need to progress and a home tie is what is needed imo
Offline
Morton at tannadice as we would get pumped by any decent side at the moment

Hopefully avoid aberdeen, dundee and sevco as their managers have all said they are targeting the trophy this season

Definitely a logic in that. Better in the LC than the SC since no replays as well. That or Morton at home and hope Celtic get Ross County, Hearts or ICT away .

I sometimes feel the same. I've witnessed too many finals and semis v Celtic over the years. I'd rather see us play them early.
Cannae take another big match defeat fae them. Saying that, the day we beat them in a final will be one of the best days in my life.

Add to the fact they still have one eye on Europe as well. I've not interest in going through to see us get fucking beat from them again. Folk may say it's a bra day out but the LC final and semi v them would be on a Sunday and I've got work the next day and it's hard as fuck doing my job with a hangover. Especially when you've been beat

Don't want a big challenge next round though. We're not ready. Confidence needs built preferably by playing one of the smaller teams at home or Morton away.
Have a feeling we won't be so lucky in the draw though.

And the "it's money for the club" stuff argument can fuck off as well.

That type of satisfaction/compensation fan gratuity has well and truly evaporated.

Agreed.

TBH I'm just relieved we can't be put of the LC by Dundee or Sevco

Have to admit I was nervous of playing the zombies at this time and allowing them retribution for the glorious scelpings on the pitches of Tannadice and Ibrokes and fae the stands of both. I meet regular guys who are hunconians through work regularly that constantly surprise me with heart filled accusations that we put them down, expelled them, kicked them when they were down etc. They really do believe it was all our doing.
Thank fuck they are out of playing us at this time of shitey form and disarray.
Probably could see of the Hep D though.

No way I'd want to watch us in a final against them again. Especially given the way our manager sent our team out last time with 5 defenders and 4 midfielders 3 of which were holding players. Absolute minter stuff seeing us reduced to the level of mickey mouse clubs like Killie or Partick Thistle playing to avoid a hiding in a cup final. Fucking arsehole.
