The final match of Round 1 witnessed a low-scoring tie won by 'Getting Better' by SHED SEVEN and as a consequence it will now progress through to the 2nd Round as a seeded entrant.Joining it in the 2nd Round (albeit unseeded) will be 'Lost Myself' by THE LONGPIGS which finished runner-up.Eliminated from the tournament at the first hurdle are 'Hello' by The Seahorses and 'Live The Dream' by Cast.The latter registering the same votes as the mighty Salad.

Good comp TEK although I notice you weren't giving Lush much love in an earlier thread. Ladykillers is a great pop song and also Ciao, featuring Jarvis Cocker.
