Out and says, I'm shocked at the manner of the defeat and I'm not happy with certain players contribution. We will be beasting the squad to ensure our tactics are well drilled.
Then I'd be happy for him to have a few weeks more to prove it.

A lot of things go into getting a manager the sack results being an obvious one, but it's what underlies the results that's key.
Two main points with JM, firstly when we go on a bad run he takes forever to turn it round.
Secondly, every manager has some bad signings, but you can only get away with so many and Jackie, if he hasn't exceeded his quota is damn close.
Thompson won't want to blow money on pay offs but equally won't want to risk relegation - he'll remember what almost happened when Eddie gave McCall too much time - turned round by end of October or gone I think

Now I like to think of myself as a fair minded person who likes to give people the benefit of proving people wrong. But even for me this has gone far enough! I am not seeing any improvement in the team no matter who he played or in what position, players look flat and void of leadership on and off the pitch! Absolutely bobbing along without a rudder and a change is needed now!!
When even the most hardened supporters of a manager start to turn then you know it's time and this seems to be happening now!!!
