Eh'd say no to a long term deal, he suggests in article he'd only want a short term contract anyway, IMO if it's at the right price I'd get him in.

I'm not sure he could actually hack it in the SPL now (front or back), but he would bring some leadership, which aside from Rankin, we have precious little of on the park right now. And it certainly looks like we have none of it off the park!

Jon Daly is a future hall of famer and welcome at Tannadice anytime IMO.

But no way that should be on the pitch anymore.

I don't think he could cut it BUT if he we were going to play 2 up top with him and a boy like Murray who would run like fuck to get on end of his knock downs then if he was prepared to play for pennies then what harm would it do?
