The biggest 7 days the club will have faced for quite some time.
This week some form of clarity HAS to be delivered on the Stevie Campbell suspension..on Rodney Sneijder's illness..on Bilate's on-going hamstring injury..and perhaps on the complete dissapearance of Henri Anier.
We also will move into the last week of the transfer window. It would be very interesting if the clubs resolve was tested again if a bid were to come in for say Souttar,Zwick or Spittal. Will we make anymore signings? We really need too imo.
But more than anything McNamara HAS to take something from Ross County...and we also need a good performance in doing so.
Failure to do so has to signal the end of his incumbency. In short it's now or never for McNamara and to an extent Stephen Thompson.

That's your opinion mate and most other's loyal to the core.
Get the feeling that a bad run won't change anything as far as management and the running of the club goes though.

Agree with the phobia, I can't see anything changing, unfortunately.
I think we'll lose on Saturday, we're not playing well and they are, they'll be playing during the week as well so most probably another comfortable victory for them before we come calling, although we do have a decent record there.
Maybe if we got another dooing (4-0) he'd have to change it, but can't see it.
If so it has to be Saturday night to give a new gaffer at least a chance of signing someone before the window shuts.

It's all gone very quiet on the stevie campbell front. It's absolutely time to address this and provide us all with some clarity. Who exactly is tending to his position right now? What has he done? It's taking longer than I'd have anticipated for a one off incident. If it's more than that, surely a matter for authorities?
I don't think I'll be happy until manager is gone. Don't see him turning it around and if he did, I've still got real problems with all 3.

The next seven days are part of the Five Year Plan.
We are two and a half years into the Five Year Plan.
And, according to Jackie, we're actually ahead of ourselves with the Five Year Plan.
Great!
Has anyone seen what comprises the Five Year Plan?

In addition to the 5 year plan, there is the "unconnected" matter of the Newcastle Jets deal which is expected to be finalised by early October and for which non-disclosure clauses have been signed. Of course, this unconnected matter will not stop any changes or financial commitments happening at Tannadice before the Jets deal is secured.

If United can't go to Dingwall and beat Ross County, I wouldn't let Jackie or his merry men back on the bus home.
Fuck ever being in a position where we see going to Ross County and getting a draw as a positive result.

Possibly the Campbell situation is taking longer due to the feelings of the fans. Think the club have been surprised by the amount of support stevie has.

announcing his sacking and Neil McCann ( who's already taking training allegedly) as his replacement won't be popular whenever they do it,

I'm at a loose end a couple of days this week. Might take a wee drive across to St Andrews for the day, and have a stroll down St Leonards way and see if there's anythin in this McCann story.

Pretty sure, that legally, it doesn't matter if the fans think sc is the Messiah, if a complaint has been made against him by a minor, which after investigation, holds up, then the club have to take action
Now say the following happened -and for the record I don't think it EVER WOULD..but just say it did.
Sc loses the rag with a youth and belts him. Family complain and club investigate but do nothing about it.... parents would have second thoughts on sending the next gauld to Tannadice. Also the club could face all sorts of legal suits, I'd imagine.
In saying all that, a swift investigation and conclusion would be beneficial for all - the club does not need the extra negativity

Let's say, he bollocked a guy for refusing to go on the bench and let's say he pushed a player away to break up a fight, would that warrant sacking?
Any complaint from an employee needs to be investigated properly, not looked on as an opportunity.

Macnamara was asked about McCann at the presser last week and his answer was an unequivocal "no"

McCann was on sky sports this morning
