Haha wouldn't worry about it too much.
1 OTT post in 80 is a damn good ratio for a football forum member.

Jesus christ - if I was taken ill with chest pains I'd be down to ninewells faster than Billy Whiz - Holland might just be too late - not to put too fine a point on it but that can be a sign of impending death - has to be a pre-existing condition you'd think
Scarpia that was a very un-Scarpia like post lol.
You're normally one of the more laid back, philosophical posters on here

In exactly the same boat as you mate, 45 mins to go till I can escape for the weekend.

On a vaguely related point, seeing as people are determined to somehow blame Dundee United for this*, do football club medicals have any kind of psych evaluation? I assume they don't, but I don't actually know.
*assuming it's true, obviously

I would like to know that aft. He was admitted to a ward after being in resuss. He then discharged himself against medical, advice .....there is something not adding up here

panic attacks can be really serious. Not sure how the medical team can pick something like that up without going back through his medical records... is that something medical teams can request?
good chance this isnt his first case of it though surely? Meaning either the medical team knew, or he just didnt disclose it.
Agree that maybe more to this than meets the eye.

You wouldna think you'd be able to fly right after this.
No tryin to be funny, but nae airline would let you fly on them if ye just come out of hospital suffering we chest pains esp. if you'd discharged yoursell. No to mention travel insurance?

Panic attacks don't last long Billy.
Depending on their severity you would be ok to fly a day or two later.
I'm guessing as he thought it was worrying enough to go to Hospital with that it was maybe his first anxiety attack,as you learn to recognise them for what they are after time.
Though they're never ever pleasant.Quite the opposite infact.

Wishing Rodney a speedy recovery. Right thing to jump home to recover. i know first hand how it feels to be ill not long after arriving in a foreign country with no friends or family around to help

Agree 100% mate,he is staying in a hotel room at the moment and that is not the right environment to recover from illness.I cant see the problem with him going home to be honest.

I agree so long as we aren't being fed a load of bullshit. These days with United you can barely separate fact from fiction. Of course a lot of that is down to the rumours and counter-rumours bandied around by forum members full of self-importance.

Got to say though, T U strikes again with another great bit of fact before anywhere else

Anymore info on Rodney's expected return?

Why? Because he became ill? Seen him in the Netherlands for the two games he played and looks a decent player.

I still reckon the lads issue has been anxiety related.
He would feel run down, lethargic and weak if he was in the midst of a bout of anxiety.
Wish him all the best.As i said last week i reckon we won't see him return to Dundee.
