Have these "problems" just arisen since signing for us?

Re: Sneijder away home

See if he's no well with summin that shouldve been picked up in the medical then Eh'll be byling man. Our medical team is an absolute farce.

Bilate somehow managed to pass ane and has never been fully fit since. Dow's "week out" has turned in to a month and a half. Callum Morris is still hammered despite it being obvious he was injured since around February.

I've lost track the amount of time in the past 5 years or so a player of ours is pronounced fit or out for a few days only to end up being out for weeks and months on a end.

Amateurish as fuck.

Re: Sneijder away home

Obviously hope the guys ok if it involve hospital, though at first glance doesn't sound too serious

My immediate thought was illness rather than injury but then we do (I've been led to believe) have hospitals here - so most probably a football related injury/problem - and given the quick admittance/diagnosis it's a known problem

I'm probably not the only one on here that's getting a sinking feeling about this...

Re: Sneijder away home

Jesus christ - if I was taken ill with chest pains I'd be down to ninewells faster than Billy Whiz - Holland might just be too late - not to put too fine a point on it but that can be a sign of impending death - has to be a pre-existing condition you'd think

Chest pain is often a symptom of stress related illness, you get increased heart rate due to the stress, causing pain, which increases the level of stress

Swanson had the same sort of problem

Sorry mate (and SG too) apols - basically meant that it was odd that he went to Holland having had these symptoms

Will avoid mention of d**** in future posts

I'd be willing to put my money on that being what it is.Had them a few times and the first time you have one you genuinely think you're dying... fucking horrible.

If it was anything more serious the medical would have pin-pointed it.Certainly anything heart related.

Have a funny feeling we might not see Rodney again and we'll hear soon his contract has been terminated by 'mutual consent'.

Scarpia that was a very un-Scarpia like post lol.

I remember my first one, in a McDonald's in Chicago. Dunno what triggered it, aside from just being a bit messed up in general. I genuinely thought that was it for me.

If this is true, the main thing is that he's OK. I am not overly concerned about footballing matters as they're rather trivial in comparison.

Yeah, that one went to press without getting run past the editor - I'm putting it down to being stuck in work on the only decent day of summer and really badly needing a drink
