Starts running on Monday seemingly. Needed to get fluid drained off of his knee. Back in consideration in 2-3 weeks.

I would think that this season is Dow's last chance at Utd.
He has a good consistent, goal scoring season and he can be a Utd player for years to come. Has another samey kinda season, then he'll be shipped out to a Dunfermline or the like.
It's up to him.

Forgot he existed, tbh

Ryan Dow......the clubs biggest underachiever

He's 24 now.
This and the next 3/4 years should be his best years.
He has to aim to play 30+ games this season and play consistently well.
If he doesn't he needs to look for a club where he can play that often.
Football's a short career. And when your careers over it's over.
I am willing him to be a success for us.I want him to lift a Cup for his team.

Agreed, He's not a wee laddie anymore, time for him to deliver on a more persistent basis.

once fit he hopefully gets a run of 8-10 injury free games.
