As a tribute to our most famous Tekel Towers member and to get behind our new adopted 'English team' i thought we'd follow the weekly fortunes of The Glovers this coming season.
We bit of info about them first to kick-off the thread..........
Yeovil Town Football Club is an English association football club based in the town of Yeovil, Somerset. It is the only Somerset-based club in the Football League, who compete in League Two, the fourth tier of English football, following relegation from League One. The club have previously won the League Two championship in 2004–05, and promotion to the Championship through the play-offs in 2013. Founded in 1895, Yeovil took 108 years to enter the Football League when they were promoted from the Football Conference as champions in 2003.
Yeovil Football Club was founded in 1890, and shared their ground with the local rugby club for many years. Five years later they were renamed Yeovil Casuals and started playing home games at the Pen Mill Athletic Ground. In 1907 the name Yeovil Town was adopted, which on amalgamation with Petters United became Yeovil and Petters United. The name reverted to Yeovil Town prior to the 1946–47 season.
Due to the lack of other large football clubs in Somerset, Yeovil have few strong rivals. Yeovil have their strongest traditional rivalry with Weymouth, dating back to their non-league days. However, the two clubs have moved in opposite directions in league standings in recent years (being four divisions apart as of the 2012–13 season), and have not met in a competitive match since the 1990s. Thus, the rivalry has decreased over the past years.

Another defeat on Saturday 2-0 to Oxford Utd.
Like Utd they've only won once this season, and like Utd they are currently 4th from bottom of the table.
Luggy if your reading this would you like an Estonian international forward to bolster your side Sir?We could even throw in a Polish U-21 Goaile

Quite a slump for Yeovil, and it's understandable that Luggy was sacked in a result based business such as football.
Hope he retires and enjoys less pressure in his life.

Watched his post match interview last week and thought he looked terrible tbh.
I'm glad he's out of it. Health comes first.

There was an interview with him on Twitter a while ago and he looked terrible. I hope he does whatever makes him happy.
