2nd game of pre-season tonight and if Vitesse was a stern test this will be even tougher as we face the team who finished 3rd in last seasons Eridivisie,AZ Alkmaar.
AZ are currently manged by former Dutch Internationalist John Van Den Brom (who took over the reigns from Dutch icon Marco Van Basten last year). They play in the 17,000 all seater AFAS Stadion and have won the Eridivise twice, firstly in 80/81 (the same season they reached the UEFA Cup Final, but lost to Bobby Robson's Ipswich town) and more recently in 2008/09.They have won the KNVB Cup on 4 occasions.
AZ will enter this seasons Europa League in the 3rd Round.

Have a great time TU and will be looking forward to hearing your report after the game.
Think we might even score tonight 3-1 defeat against what seems to be a strong team

Courier bigging up Zwick's performance "will be a serious candidate for the gloves on a full time basis if he plays like he did against AZ"

This was the best performance out of the 3 in my opinion.
