Dangerous shit.
First drunk it on holiday in Greece in 96 Metaxa 5star -holy fuck serious steaming hangover. Gets a wide berth nowadays.

Funnily enough though i don't get too bad a hangover with spirits.
More wine that gives me the brainshrinking heidaches these days.Which is a personal tragedy tbh.

Tek have you tried Port and Brandy? It' s the dogs nuts if you come in from the cold and wet, but if you have a few you want to take a couple of Nurofen before bed

No mate,haven't tried that.
Used to be quite partial to a Tawny Port a few years back.Serious brain blasting heidache the next day if you over imbibe right enough.

Partial to a wee brandy myself when at my parentals as my mum drinks it, it is the only drink that guarantees a banging head for me the next day though.
Don't really have a nip of choice, love a whisky in the hoose but equally with have a vodka, rum or amaretto when out.

Count yourself lucky, I once went on a bender with the three star stuff (plus wine and beer and vodka).
Woke up the next afternoon and thought I'd had a stroke.
