Thats business Bowers never show your hand. Do you think ST should have played hardball with Cifcti and denied him the move he wanted and lost united 1.5million.

We dont know it is actually £1.5million. I very much doubt it will be that fee we get.
I disagree with him selling again to celtic when several clubs had reportedly shown interest both in the uk and abroad.

Clubs can be as reportedly interested as they like though Bowers. The fact is two clubs submitted bids. Both of which were excellent offers in the circumstances. Ciftci clearly had no interest in one and had his heart set on the other.
Believe me, I'm as gutted as anyone that Ciftci has left. Especially to them. But this is a good deal.

Trap6 im no saying its not a good deal but surely we could have waited to see what else came in? The celtic interest was never going to go.
Maybe people at our club should learn to keep it zipped in future.

In fairness, I think they did keep it zipped. I can only find reports that United made that decision, not any direct quotes.
The only thing United spoke to the press about in relation to the Ciftci sage was to tell Celtic to match Wigan's offer. If there were any other seriously interested parties, they knew exactly what they had to do, and when.
There wasn't even so much as an enquiry from anyone else.
