Anybody seen it, starring Al Pacino based loosely on a true story about John Lennon writing to a guy just starting out in the music business but the letter doesn't reach him till many years later so I'm told, will probably watch it at the weekend unless I hear it's totally gash !

Never heard of it DTRA.
But as a massive Beatles trainspotter i'll defo need to check it out.
Pacino's one of my favourite actors too.

Seen bits of the trailer and AP talking about it but never really knew what it was about. Sounds interesting with that snippet of info DTRA, but trailer wasn't doing it. Will give it a go, but will wait on it coming out after the cinema.

Serious actors shouldn't try comedy: see Robert de Niro in that Fokker film as an example.

I thought De Niro was really good in "Meet The Fockers" Pat.
Infact it was the last decent film he done imo.

Got to agree with Tek, De Niro carried that film to make it not bad.
But generally you are right Pat.
