Cracking picture Vulture, love it.

Just a quick word to my fellow posters, Lugmeister is Paul Sturrock, so please don't question/hassle him with 'prove you are the real Luggy etc', which I don't think you will anyway . I contacted the fine people down at Yeovil Town F.C. where Luggy is now managing, and they put me in contact with him so I can vouch it's definitely Paul.

Most will already know he does post on United Mad as well, and is still passionate about the club and the supporters

TEK and myself will hopefully be organising a Q&A for the forum with Paul when he has some free time, as you can imagine he will be very busy with his pre season prep so I am very delighted that he had the time to register and say hello. A true Arab and club legend

Also my love of movies was down to the great man as well, when I was younger I used to rent videos from 'Paul Sturrock's Video Library' shop that he owned down in Lady Wynd in Cupar

FAO PatReilly great avatar Pat loved watching Joey Watson as a kid , I was very surprised that he only played 15 games fir United, I would have bet Chateau Doontheroad that he played mair than that, expansive childhood memories no doubt

I've got an extremely blurry photo of you and I in the dressing room at Tannadice when I was mascot, I'll dig it out. Bannon was no David Bailey! Scottish Cup game against Hibs, early 1985. The game had been postponed twice (I was going off my head waiting) before being played on a Monday night. You scored the opener in a 3-0 victory. Wee Jim gave me a bollocking pre-match for asking for autographs!

Morning all, first post ever on one of these boards, been watching for a while though.... Just had to thank Paul for the influence he had on a wee laddie from Blairgowrie many many years ago, fell in love with our beloved club because of you Paul, ultimate hero and greatest number 10 of all time.....thanks for the memories and all the very best with Yeovil.
