You twist my point around if you wish. But we're heading for Grounhog Day with your tongue in cheek "humour" about our squad on Internet Forums such as this from those who idolise you. And whether you want to admit it or not, YOU ARE idolised by some. I enjoy a laugh as much as the next man, but not when it can affect my team (and your team's) chances.

In all my years watching United, I'm struggling to think of many number 9s with a one goal in two games strike ratio. And the crux of the matter is, if we have that in a number 9 AND he has a good touch etc, we will be lucky to have them for 18 months tops. That's where we are as a futba club and I accept that.

We'll have to agree to disagree on the difference (or not) that he would have made to our season past (not 2 years ago as you are twisting) but the fact of the matter is he gained the Farmers numerous points with his goals (without being good enough to even guarantee a starting place for them) and we struggled from 2 February 2015 to score at all. And they ended up 1 point ahead of us or whatever it was???!!!

Back to my original point. Please don't destroy Simon Murray (not even in jest) before we've seen him in Safety Orange.

Any more than three posts back and forth and the mods have the option to tell those involved to take it to Private Message.

Should be a rule.

As for the squad, providing no-one other first choice players leave, I'd be happy if the gaffer brings in an experienced goalie and centre half. And perhaps an attacking midfielder.

It's a pity so many seem to have made their minds up about Anier and Bilate. They're here for the forseeable. It's going to be difficult for them next season if people get on their backs early on.

Wouldn't it be brilliant if we all got right behind them, even when they weren't playing well, and carried them on to better performances? Never happen will it...

people will go on what they've seen. Bilate is a decent player but incredibly injury prone, can't see guys get on his back for that though, anier, well....
